DAVID WILLIAMS has been most helpful. A professional, he arrives on time. He wants to know about the problem I am having with wasps. He is a good listener and asks good questions. He assesses my immediate concerns, and then explains exactly what he is going to do and why; also clearly explaining what option plans are available. When he finishes applying the product, Mr. Williams gives a quick review of what he has done that day, and tells me that I will be receiving a comprehensive explaination in an email. I do receive prompt emails after each meeting. Bug Out, in my experience, has the absolute best communication protocol of ANY company I have ever used.
