Our technician goes above and beyond to be sure that everything is taken care of properly. When we had a problem, he texted to see if things had improved after the first visit and came back promptly when we let him know that we were still seeing ants. He's friendly and very conscientious.

Brandon Miles has been my technician for more than a year. He always does a thorough inspection and treatment on every visit. He always gives suggestions and points out areas that need attention. He takes pride in his customer relationship as well as customer satisfaction.

We called Bug Out to help us with our bat infestation. They responded quickly and the cost was reasonable. A couple months later we noticed more droppings in our attic. We called them a second time and they were able to come out despite the short notice. They warrantee their work so we did not incur any further charges. Isaac and Jacob were the technicians. They were very courteous and quick to react. They outsourced the required materials from local vendors. They remedied the situation and hopefully this fix will do the trick! He is always attentive to my concerns and works hard to resolve them. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and courtesy, especially his care around my animals and his commitment to ensuring they are not harmed. I am always grateful when John comes to my house to address my pest issue.

Drew has been providing pest control services for our family for years! He is the sole reason we stay with your company. He is thorough, professional, and always ready to help when pest issues arise between his quarterly visits. I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible so Drew's expertise re: pests that need to be killed and pest that just need to be kept outside or in check has been very helpful thru the years. He is the BEST!!

If you’re having a rodent issue call Bug Out! They are so knowledgeable when it comes to with dealing with rats and mice. They helped us resolve an issue at our last property in Norfolk, VA and then at our current property they went above and beyond!! I had an awful stench coming into my house through the vents in one room. I originally called a different local pest service because I suspected rodents and I didn’t realize Bug Out serviced Newport News. I regret all the money I spent with this other company. I was immediately locked into a yearlong contract that included treatment for a slew of things unrelated to the rodent control that I actually needed. Because I was displeased with how things were going I called Bug Out and James came to my property as a second opinion and he did the work the other company had neglected to do and climbed all the way into my crawl space, not just poking his head in my crawl space door, and found that I didn’t have a rodent issue at all but a failed HVAC duct. James provided me with the pics of the large tear he discovered and all of this excellent customer service was part of a FREE initial inspection. Honestly, too good to be true. Meanwhile, this other company had me on the hook for a $195 contract plus $50+ a month and had rat traps and a bait station in front of my crawl space door treating for rodents when that wasn’t the source of the bad odor in my home. I just can’t thank Bug Out enough. The smell had been stressing me out so much and I felt powerless to get it resolved for weeks!

Would like to commend Richard who came to the house to determine the source of small puddles in the newly-installed vapor barrier in my crawl space. He mopped up the existing water, marked the location and date of the
puddles, and removed a small, dead black snake from the area. He was professional and helpful, even to the point of helping me move a heavy piece of furniture and refusing a tip for his extra work. Kudos to Richard!
