Christopher Pasley performed an annual termite inspection at my Kill Devil Hills, NC home last week. I can't say enough on how professional and personable he was during his work. I very much appreciated how he patiently answered all my questions and even though it was at the end of a long day for him, he throughly inspected all areas of crawlspace and also took wood moisture readings which was most helpful. I highly recommend Christopher for all of your pest control needs.

I called Bug Out because we have an unwanted critter. They had an opening the next day. Hunter came at 8:30 am, super kind and professional. He told me stories while he worked and was just super pleasant. He checked things out thoroughly, gave me his thoughts on what he thought it was and why. It was something we could take care of and there was no charge for the visit--that is almost unheard of these days. I like that Bug Out does not try to pressure for sales and they just always have the best people.

Blake is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He's one of a kind. Great customer service is so hard to find.

Blake R. came twice to rid my yard of a large yellow jacket nest. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I was safe as I'm allergic to the bee venom. He arrived on time and was professional. Thank goodness for his treatments to eradicate these pests.

Yesterday I had a morning appointment for service from Bug Out. No one showed up and no one called me so today I called to reschedule. The young man who answered the phone was nice but there was so much noise (background,terrible reception - I don't know) that I could barely hear him. If his job is customer service he at least needs to have a clear phone that allows the customers to hear him.

Our business has a huge rodent problem and we had been struggling with our service provider. Randy Weeks came to the rescue and sent in one of the best in the business in my opinion, Kyle Phillips, who has been nothing short of amazing. His knowledge, expertise, professionalism and most of all follow through on what he says is top tier service! Wherever he goes within your company he will be a true asset.

The inspection was very thorough and the salesman, Mitchell, was very knowledgeable about pest/bug control. He made sure to warn me of any possible pests that I could encounter given where my property is located. he was very prepared and genuinely seemed to care about my property's wellbeing and not just trying to sell me something I don't actually need. Mitchell also made sure to walk me through the inspection and gave a detailed step by step of what he was looking for. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with the service we received today from David Williams!! I am speaking on behalf of our staff also!! He came to the rescue and was very professional and very good at his job. exceptional customer service given by Skyler Beach. He has been on time and went above and beyond to help with any pest issues we have had. Skyler was very helpful and patient. He works well with our maintenance. He always keeps the office informed as well.

Everything looked good. Cleaned up all the spiderwebs in addition to his other services.
