Yesterday I had a morning appointment for service from Bug Out. No one showed up and no one called me so today I called to reschedule. The young man who answered the phone was nice but there was so much noise (background,terrible reception - I don't know) that I could barely hear him. If his job is customer service he at least needs to have a clear phone that allows the customers to hear him.

Our business has a huge rodent problem and we had been struggling with our service provider. Randy Weeks came to the rescue and sent in one of the best in the business in my opinion, Kyle Phillips, who has been nothing short of amazing. His knowledge, expertise, professionalism and most of all follow through on what he says is top tier service! Wherever he goes within your company he will be a true asset.

The inspection was very thorough and the salesman, Mitchell, was very knowledgeable about pest/bug control. He made sure to warn me of any possible pests that I could encounter given where my property is located. he was very prepared and genuinely seemed to care about my property's wellbeing and not just trying to sell me something I don't actually need. Mitchell also made sure to walk me through the inspection and gave a detailed step by step of what he was looking for. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with the service we received today from David Williams!! I am speaking on behalf of our staff also!! He came to the rescue and was very professional and very good at his job. He showed up right on time and exceeded expectations! We are very pleased and would like to see him come back!!

Have always had a wonderful experience with BugOut. My technician Brian Poindexter, is very professional and is very prompt. I appreciate his communication on scheduling for service.

Today we needed an additional service and our technician, Obioha Nwafor, was outstanding! He was professional, thorough and efficient and explained what he needed to do. We have a dog and he was very conscientious about our pet. BugOut, you are fortunate to have Mr Nwafor on your team!

exceptional customer service given by Skyler Beach. He has been on time and went above and beyond to help with any pest issues we have had. Skyler was very helpful and patient. He works well with our maintenance. He always keeps the office informed as well.

Travis contacted us about our quarterly maintenance. I was very anxious about meeting a new technician. Mike has always given us wonderful service but he was out and Travis was filling in. Travis provided the same wonderful service that Mike did and we were well pleased. Travis asked questions to make sure he was completing the service we wanted and where we wanted it. He checked in and out with us. Great tech!

Sterling Thomas came today to do a followup bug treatment outside our home . . He was courteous and professional. He called ahead to inform me as to time he would arrive and arrived at the time he told me .
