I just scheduled to have services done at my house & Elvis was so helpful! He answered all of my questions, was very patient with me & was very educated! I really appreciate him!

This is the best experience I have had is having Jay C. service my home. Wish he was my dedicated exterminator. Great attitude, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely detail oriented. Don't know how else to let your company know other than through this review. I'm sure you can look at my account and see who serviced me last. Hands down an awesome technician. Please let him know that as far as I'm concerned he has good knowledge, good work ethics and his qualities show. You need more employees like Jay. In a world with such negativity, it's nice to be able to express on someone's abilities in a positive way.

We are finally back on track with Sterling Thomas as our BugOut technician. Previously (after Martin left the company) for a year we were not contacted before the service and a door hanger was not left. Martin called this morning 30 minutes before his visit. However, I was not contacted by the company letting me know the day of service. I want to be at home for the service. Sterling was friendly, responsive and explained in detail what he was going to do. He was patient and attentive to my concerns. I highly recommend him and look forward to his next visit.
