This means that we will be using an improved system for service scheduling, billing, invoicing, and more, allowing us to better meet all of our customers’ needs. Our system upgrade will not affect the top-class service you currently receive.

Our new customer portal is now available for you to use and can be easily be managed from any device (mobile phone, desktop and tablet) and is accessible 24/7.

With our new portal, you can:
- Send a message to our customer care team
- Access to view and update your account information
- Run reports on your services
- Place a request for re-service
- Pay your bill/s
- Update your payment method (credit cards on file)

Provide your Billing Account Number & Account Email which is available on your bill.

Check for the verification email and click “Verify Account.” Then create a new account password and login to the new portal.
