First of all I had an inspection for a bed bug issue, the first technician was to get back to me the beginning of the next week. I never heard from him and had to call myself to follow up. When I called they set up a date and time, but when I called to confirm it was a different date. Very frustrating. They did finally send out a technician on the date I was told. His name is Justin Honeycutt. He and an assistance came out. I was EXTREMELY UPSET WITH BUG OUT, but Mr. Honeycutt was so cordial and professional, I had to let some of my anger go. After completing his job he gave me his card and every time I needed to contact him with a question or to place an order and to come out again for follow up treatment he was available to my calls and text messages in record timing. He’s been a blessing throughout this very traumatic experience for me. Justin Honeycutt deserves 6 stars. He’s good for your business because after this I had made up my mind to cancel my contract.
