Amazing pest control, always efficient and communicative.

We are finally back on track with Sterling Thomas as our BugOut technician. Previously (after Martin left the company) for a year we were not contacted before the service and a door hanger was not left. Martin called this morning 30 minutes before his visit. However, I was not contacted by the company letting me know the day of service. I want to be at home for the service. Sterling was friendly, responsive and explained in detail what he was going to do. He was patient and attentive to my concerns. I highly recommend him and look forward to his next visit.

Always great service! Chris ensures to check in with me before the visit to see if there are any concerns to address and goes above and beyond every time.

I just switched to Bug Out for my regular pest control service because I heard so many good things about them! I also like how they keep their prices affordable. Today Lance came for the initial treatment and he was very professional, through, and did an excellent job! I’m sure I will be happy having Bug Out for my long term pest control service!
